Note on Early Bird Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25,000,000VND is required to confirm the student's place and secure the Early Bird promotion. The deposit will be applied towards the total tuition fee.
Sibling Discount

Group Benefits
Additional promotion on tuition for the first school year for groups of students enrolling for the full academic year

Support for siblings and groups are cumulative; however, the maximum tuition fee discount per student is capped at 20%
General Fee Policies
Temporary or Mid-Year Admission
Students may enrol at any time of the year, based on class availability. Application, Admission, and Enrolment are due in full.
Early Withdrawal/Refund Policy

Student Absensce Policy: If a student is withdrawn from the school but wishes to retain their place, no refund will be applicable, and fees will continue to apply according to the schedule. No refunds are possible for absences due to reasons such as holidays, illnesses, or other circumstances

Withdrawal Policy: Written notice must be sent to the school at lest one month before the intended withdrawal date. Fees will apply until the actual date of withdrawal. Refunds for tuition, bus and meal fees (excluding other non-refundable fees such as Application, Admission, Enrolment, and Development fees) will be provided starting from the following quarter.
Payment Procedures
Payment is to be made by transferring the funds to the school company's bank account upon receipt of the individual debit note. An invoice will be issued once the payment has been recieved by the school. All payments shall be made in VND only. By settling the school fees, parents agree to the terms of the fee policy.
